Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is representing a major North American contractor seeking an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to lead design and build projects in Toronto. The role offers relocation support and a pathway to join a Tier 1 contractor on high-value schemes.

The package includes a basic salary of $165K - $185K (£90K - £100K), a profit-related bonus, a tax-free relocation package, and a pension scheme. This is a senior leadership position with significant client and site responsibilities.

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint an M&E Manager / Building Services Manager to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a M&E Manager / Building Services Manager on D&B projects (£25m+).
