Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is helping place a Senior Project Manager to relocate to Toronto and lead major design and build projects for a major contractor. You will manage construction, budgets, and teams to deliver on schedule, with a focus on safety and quality for high-value programmes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience on £25m+ projects, on-site programme management, and a background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders. A relocation package and strong progression prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience on large scale projects (£25m+).
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site.
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule and budget.
• Work with pre-construction team to develop the project budget.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project.
• Manage project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor the change management process.
