Ideal candidates bring senior M&E experience on large schemes, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and with a proactive emphasis on team wellbeing and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Lead pre-construction to delivery for M&E on complex schemes.
• Collaborate with consultants, sub-contractors and project teams.
• Develop and monitor robust M&E delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building services management on new build contracts.
• Coordinate with MoD, education and healthcare project teams.
• Support safe delivery with focus on wellbeing and performance.
