Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment in Oxfordshire is seeking an Assistant M&E Services Manager to supervise M&E sub-contractors on new-build projects in Education, Commercial and Laboratory settings. This role involves coordinating M&E design with external consultants and supporting the Project Manager to deliver schemes on time.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically or electrically biased, hold an HND or equivalent in M&E, have full UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong safety,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical or electrical packages on new-build projects.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• HND or equivalent in an M&E discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the co-ordination of M&E design, liaising with external consultants.
• Supervise specialist M&E sub-contractors on site with clear communication.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance and communication from the outset.
• Attend programme meetings to ensure the build programme is maintained.
• Work with the Services Project Manager to ensure handover-ready systems and building control compliance.
• Liaise with clients' consultants throughout construction and commissioning.
• Promote teamwork and provide technical support to the project team.
