Job summary

Talk Recruitment is seeking an M&E Coordinator/Manager to join a growing M&E team. You will split time across 2-3 live sites in the Midlands, with initial projects in Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire.

Previous main contractor or consultancy experience is welcome, with opportunities to move into senior M&E management. Ideal candidates will have a Building Sector background, relevant qualifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Experience as M&E Coordinator/Manager or equivalent.
• Experience on Commercial, Leisure, Mixed Use, Residential, Hotel, Healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control M&E installations to meet spec and programme.
• Ensure adherence to H&S policies and risk assessments.
• Manage M&E design information and approvals for construction.
• Review design information and perform design gap analyses for bids.
