Job summary

Mech Electrics Limited in Nottingham seeks a Senior M&E Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead a major MEP-led energy and infrastructure scheme. You will manage pre-construction, programme, delivery strategy, subcontract packages and mobilisation, then carry overall responsibility through construction on site.

You should have a strong background in MEP project delivery at Senior PM or Contracts Manager level, with experience across building-services projects.

Qualifications

• You’ll already have a strong background in MEP project delivery and be operating at Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or Contracts Manager level.
• Experience delivering substantial building-services projects across built environment sectors.
• Depth of MEP experience and ability to coordinate complex schemes from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-commencement work, programme and delivery strategy for the scheme.
• Manage subcontract packages, technical coordination and mobilisation.
• Assume overall responsibility through construction and delivery on site.
• Act as a senior point of contact for the project with long-term involvement for multiple years.
