M&E Manager - Central London - Hotel Project

An M&E Manager is required to oversee mechanical and electrical packages on a large new build hotel project in Central London. The project is valued at GBP50m+ and is due to commence construction in Summer 2025 for a period of 24 months. Ideally, the M&E Manager will have experience working on large hotel, residential, or commercial projects. Our client is open to candidates with either mechanical or electrical backgrounds, with experience in main contracting or specialist M&E subcontracting.

Role and Duties:

1. Report to a site-based Project Director and liaise with the Regional Building Services Manager.
2. Ensure smooth construction processes, manage site labour and subcontractors.
3. Manage construction programme, minimize or eliminate delays.
4. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
5. Chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications and tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
