Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for a day shift role in Euston. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on a large commercial estate as part of a four-engineer shift team. A strong background in facilities maintenance and M&E is required, with opportunities for progression and training.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance on building services.
• Paid/paid overtime knowledge and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with facilities maintenance on commercial estates.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamps.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and ballast changes.
• BMS monitoring (hot/cold) and logbooks upkeep.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.
