Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer for a static, Monday–Friday role at a prestigious banking site in Liverpool Street, London. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance ofMechanical and Electrical services with an electrical bias where suitable.

You will join a small team on site, liaising with the client and occupants, ensuring high standards of safety and service while handling PPM and fault-finding tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management / building services.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across M&E systems.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical building services to high standards.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across M&E systems.
• Electrical maintenance within own competency; assist with mechanical tasks.
• Keep maintenance records and job sheets; respond to tenant requests.
• Work with client and engineering team to ensure smooth operation.
