Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
• Experience in managing and delivering M&E cost management services required.
• Chartered status via RICS or ongoing study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E packages and projects from a cost management perspective.
• Accountable for the commercial performance of assigned projects.
• Conduct pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties.
