Qualifications

• Qualified professional with body recognition (APM/AACE) or equivalent.
• Experience in project management or controls in construction/consultancy.
• Experience in a regulated infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Delivering accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Supporting full budget, scope, change control and earned value analysis.
• Coordinating with scheduling, commercial, construction and finance teams.
• Assuring monthly cost data and variance analysis.
• Driving forecast and budget accuracy.
• Producing clear cost reports.
• Applying strong cost and contract management.
• Building effective client and partner relationships.
