Job summary

Salter Grange Limited in Gerrards Cross is seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple M&E projects from award through to handover, with a balance of office-based management and site visits around London.

Reporting to the Director, you will lead Project Managers and delivery teams, monitor programmes and budgets, manage client relationships, ensure health and safety and strive for the highest quality on projects across London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering M&E or building services projects.
• Strong leadership and communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of budget and programme management in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple M&E projects from award to completion.
• Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
• Monitor programme performance and budgets against targets.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure health and safety and quality standards are met.
• Attend client meetings and progress reviews.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover.
