A leading construction firm seeks an M & E SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Project Manager for a long-term project in SW London. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, especially in M & E, and hold necessary certifications. This role involves managing site activities and coordinating tradesmen, paying a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Must have SMSTS / SSSTS certification.
• BLACK CSCS required.
• FIRST AID certification is essential.
• At least 6 years of experience in M & E project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage tier 1 public building projects.
• Coordinate tradesmen and project activities.
• Oversee site planning and project coordination.

M & E SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Project Manager required to join a long term project in SW London area.

Must have:

• SMSTS / SSSTS
• BLACK CSCS
• FIRST AID
• Extensive M & E Project Management Experience
• The role would suit an electrically bias manager

Duties:

• tier 1 public building project management
• Site Planning
• project coordination
• coordinating tradesmen

Pay rate is 450 - 500 / per day; paid weekly CIS
