Freelance M&E Project Manager - London Based - 500/day

Location: London (with occasional travel to other sites in the Uk)

Rate: 500/day (inclusive of travel and accommodation)

We are seeking experienced M&E Project Managers to support the delivery of high-profile Mechanical & Electrical projects across London and the wider region.

This role involves being on-site 3 to 4 days per week, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical M&E background - ideally in a commercial or public sector environment
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes, and budgets
• Experience working with Facilities Management providers is a bonus
• Ideally based in or around Greater London
