The MEP wing of a globally recognised Main Contractor requires an Electrical Construction Manager to work on the delivery of a commercial new-build development with fit-out elements in the West End of London.

The company in question is a market-leading, Tier 1 M&E Contractor that specialises in the delivery of some of the most prestigious Building Services projects in the country.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors and supervisors
• Health & Safety responsibility for all electrical works
• Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
• Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time
• Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
• Co-ordinate plant and materials
