Egis UK is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager (Construction) to join the Special Projects (engineering) team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will manage complex M&E-focused projects, coordinating with design and contractor teams to deliver value and ensure client objectives are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on project management, cost control, and contract administration across multiple projects with a high degree of technical complexity (mechanical/electrical/process).

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction discipline.
• Demonstrable experience on projects with high technical complexity (mechanical/electrical/process) as M&E QS or Project Manager.
• MRICS or equivalent (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Planning: develop project management plans and master programmes for allocated commissions.
• Engaging: lead project meetings and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Procuring: prepare tender documents and review tenders for compliance and value.
• Managing Risk, Delivering Value: participate in value engineering and risk workshops.
• Project/Contract Administration: assess contractor progress, manage contracts and on-site quality.
