TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Surveyor to join its Midlands-based team with nationwide travel as required. You will specialise in condition surveys and asset management for education, healthcare, and public sectors.

Ideal candidates have a Building Services Engineering qualification and a strong background in mechanical and electrical services, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a national surveying group.

Qualifications

• recognised qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical condition surveys across a range of property types.
• Produce and maintain accurate asset registers.
• Undertake asset verification and condition assessments.
• Complete compliance audits of M&E assets.
• Log, tag, and record mechanical and electrical assets.
• Produce detailed condition reports and survey documentation.
• Work collaboratively as part of a national surveying team to deliver projects to a high standard.
