Overview

We are looking for individuals that have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical based engineering course. You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits. TSA are recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Birmingham area, as part of a wider national team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy. Due to growth in the asset management team’s portfolio, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys, with workload across diverse environments.

• Work as part of a team to perform surveys and contribute to asset verification and condition assessments.
