Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd has been engaged to recruit several M&E asset surveyors for a large European survey programme across France. The project runs for an estimated 5 weeks on multiple commercial sites, with a team of around 6-8 surveyors.

Responsibilities include room-by-room condition surveys, data verification, and lifecycle capture on tablets using asset capture software. A valid passport and willingness to drive throughout Europe are required; the assignment is outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe.
• Qualified M&E asset surveyor or background in MEP services (FM provider, consultancy, or building owner).

Responsibilities

• Carry out room-by-room condition surveys on commercial sites across Europe.
• Verify data and support lifecycle capture using asset capture software.

Job description

TSA Surveying have recently been instructed to recruit severalM&E asset surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several commercial sites. The survey programme is due to start imminentlyand will run for an estimated 5 weeks, comprised of various sites in France.

We are looking to build a team of around 6-8 M&E qualified individuals in total. We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual witha prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room-by-room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising asset capture software.

Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe.

The role is outside of IR35.
