Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd. is recruiting several M&E asset surveyors for a large European survey programme starting imminently. The team will survey multiple commercial sites across Europe, with data collected on a tablet device using asset capture software.

Candidates should have an M&E background, be able to drive, hold a valid passport, and be willing to travel throughout Europe. The role is outside IR35 and runs for an estimated 5 weeks across various sites in France.

Qualifications

• Experience with verification and lifecycle of assets.

Responsibilities

Job description

TSA Surveying have recently been instructed to recruit severalM&E asset surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several commercial sites. The survey programme is due to start imminentlyand will run for an estimated 5 weeks, comprised of various sites in France.

We are looking to build a team of around 6-8 M&E qualified individuals in total. We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual witha prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room-by-room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising asset capture software.

Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe.

The role is outside of IR35.
