Job summary

AJ Group Services Ltd is seeking a proactive M&E Compliance Manager on a fixed-term basis to own compliance across multiple buildings in South Kensington. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive maintenance programmes and documentation.

You will manage statutory requirements, maintain audit-ready records, and influence stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of actions, all while operating onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E compliance or maintenance in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and PPM documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management amid pressure.
• Self-sufficient, able to operate without a team to manage.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for M&E compliance across a portfolio of buildings.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance programmes to meet statutory requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
• Maintain a visible presence on-site and address issues proactively.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Influence demanding customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Drive actions to completion and ensure timely delivery.
