Job summary

AJ Group Services Ltd is seeking a proactive M&E Compliance Manager on a fixed-term basis to own compliance across multiple buildings in South Kensington. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive maintenance programmes and documentation.

You will manage statutory requirements, maintain audit-ready records, and influence stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of actions, all while operating onsite five days a week.

Job Title: M&E Compliance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: South Kensington (Onsite - 5 Days per Week)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resilient M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Compliance Manager to join on a fixed-term basis, taking ownership of compliance across a diverse estate of several buildings in South Kensington. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance technical compliance with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for M&E compliance across a portfolio of several buildings
• Manage and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and compliance records
• Act as a visible presence across the estate, keeping a close eye on site activities and addressing issues proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Confidently manage and influence challenging customers and stakeholders
• Drive actions to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and without delay

• Demonstrable experience in M&E compliance or maintenance within complex environments
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPMs, and associated documentation
