Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an M&E BIM Coordinator for the Northern Construction team, based at the Leeds regional office. You will lead Stage 5 and Stage 6 co-ordination, develop installation-ready models and work with designers and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks is essential, with experience on BIM360 or similar platforms and strong multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating M&E in live construction projects.
• Strong ability to deliver fully coordinated, buildable models.
• Proficiency with BIM platforms like BIM360 and common data environments.
• Ability to lead coordination workshops and resolve clashes across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Stage 5 (Construction) and Stage 6 (Handover) M&E coordination, ensuring models are fully coordinated and aligned to site delivery requirements.
• Develop and manage coordinated, installation-ready models and transition design intent into construction information.
• Lead coordination with subcontractors and site teams to resolve clashes and ensure services can be delivered on programme.
• Support digital handover requirements and production of accurate as-built models and asset information.
