Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and fabrication workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards including ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM activities across Stage 5 MEP construction projects.
• Manage and maintain federated MEP models using Revit.
• Carry out clash detection, coordination reviews and model issue resolution using Navisworks.
• Produce and review construction documentation, fabrication drawings and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project standards.
• Liaise with design teams, site teams, subcontractors and external consultants.
• Monitor model quality, data accuracy and project information delivery milestones.
• Support and mentor junior BIM technicians.
• Coordinate outsourced team deliverables and digital construction workflows.
