The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Wishaw is seeking a Meetings and Events Bar & Set Up Supervisor to ensure flawless F&B service for weddings, conferences and events. You will check BEO details, pass information to departments, and supervise the setup team to deliver rooms set to the highest standard.

You will lead a busy, guest-focused team in a dynamic environment, develop staff, uphold standards with the bar manager, and help achieve financial and guest targets while creating a memorable Belfry

The Belfry Meetings And Events

The Meetings & Events team at The Belfry brings our stylish event spaces to life, hosting everything from intimate board meetings to grand weddings and large-scale corporate events. With a dedicated team of over 150 people ensuring every occasion runs seamlessly, delivering unforgettable experiences. Being part of this team means working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £ 30959.93 per annum, plus service charge.

About The Role

This role is 45 hours per week, from 12 or 3pm until close 5 days out of seven.

As Meetings and Events Bar & Set Up Supervisor you will be responsible for checking that the BEO details are correct with customer, ensuring all information is passed to relevant departments and to monitor the setup team and ensure their work is of the highest standard and all rooms are set correctly.

• An experienced supervisor who has led teams in busy, food and beverage setting
• Passionate about quality food, wine and beverages and the use of seasonal produce
• An inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering
• Fantastic eye for detail
• Experienced in taking ownership over your department and achieving financial and guest targets
• Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues
