Job summary

The Belfry is seeking a skilled Bar/Outlet Manager for the Brabazon Bar, coordinating day-to-day operations and leading a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage budgeting, staff development, and menus in collaboration with the kitchen, ensuring high standards of service and profitability in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the overall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high quality service, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising a large team and management whilst providing ongoing training and coaching to meet operational goals
• Building a culture of outstanding customer service setting high standards for service quality and striving to exceed guest expectations
• Take full accountability for all financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability
• Implementing strategies and innovation to improve efficiency and revenue generation
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences and market trends whilst developing the beverage products and offer
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, licensing and other legal requirements to maintain a safe environment for both guests and customer
• Overseeing stock control, including monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, and managing supplier relationships

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £35,000.00 per annum, plus service charge.

About the role
