Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Manager in M&A Tax to provide tax structuring advice and oversee due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporates. You will lead discussions with clients and advisers, collaborate with TAS and SPA teams, and help grow deal advisory services.

The role combines technical exposure with strong relational and organisational skills, offering flexible working options and clear path to leadership within a growing team.

Formación

• Qualified chartered accountant or tax adviser (ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
• Strong grounding in UK tax practices.
• Experience in client handling and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead due diligence meetings with target business and review analyses.
• Prepare and review structuring reports for proposed acquisitions.
• Manage discussions with clients, legal advisers and internal TAS teams.
• Drive business development and proposals to win new work.
• Oversee project budgets, billing and debt collection.
