Excel Recruitment seeks an experienced M&A Systems Integration Manager to lead multi-site integration initiatives across the UK with regular travel. The role focuses on finance, operations and CRM integration, not purely an IT function, and requires hands-on leadership of complex acquisition projects.

You will drive integration plans, standardise key systems, manage data migrations and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth Day One readiness and ongoing business continuity.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience integrating acquired businesses after mergers or acquisitions.
• Strong M&A or acquisition integration project management experience is essential.
• Extensive practical experience across finance, ERP and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead systems integration projects for newly acquired businesses from initial planning through transition and post‑integration review.
• Assess existing systems, processes, dependencies and integration readiness.
• Develop and manage detailed acquisition integration plans across finance, operations, sales, customer service and technology.
• Lead standardisation of ERP, finance, CRM, and operational systems; review platforms for retention, integration or replacement.
