The role

As a Senior Manager in the M&A Integration team, you will have demonstrated deep technical experience in developing strategies for integrations, performing detailed integration planning, and executing complex merger integrations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients realise and maximise value from acquisitions. The M&A Integration team is a strategic priority for PwC's M&A Operations within the Strategy & Value Creation business unit, working across the deal lifecycle for both corporate and private equity clients.

What your days will look like:

You will help clients focus on the right priorities during M&A integration projects, leading stakeholder engagement, defining strategies, and target operating models to deliver deal value.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building client integration programmes, including strategy, target operating model, synergy assessment, integration planning, and post-acquisition execution.
• Managing client interactions with C-suite executives to deliver high-quality work and recommendations.
• Business Development: leading proposal creation, client presentations, and fostering client relationships.
• Practice Development: sharing knowledge, supporting best practices, and mentoring team members.
