Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an IT Project Manager to apply professional project management practices to IT projects across a global organisation. The role focuses on M&A activities, leading technology workstreams to integrate, separate and onboard acquired businesses into our IT platforms.

You will manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with sponsors and steering groups.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Build rapport with colleagues and external vendors.
• Excellent facilitation for meetings and workshops.
• Plan with teams to develop clear roadmaps.
• SDLC processes understood and followed.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PRINCE2/ PMI certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint; PM tools like MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work packages, phases, milestones and deliveries for IT projects.
• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and outcomes.
• Deliver projects supporting IT strategy and business transformation.
• Analyze data and present logical recommendations for risks and changes.
• Manage stakeholders and prepare presentations for Steering Groups.
• Support business case submissions and project documentation.
