Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VP to lead International IT Engagement and M&A Integrations within Global IT. This role oversees regional IT operations, drives cross‑border IT collaborations, and serves as the primary interface for international business escalations across multiple markets, while coordinating with the Global Head of IT Operations.

The position requires extensive senior leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance standard IT practices

Qualifications

Significant senior IT leadership experience across international regions.
Proven track record leading IT workstreams within M&A transactions.
Strong ITSM background with CSAT ownership and SLA governance.

Responsibilities

Serve as IT Business Point of Contact for International regions, ensuring timely triage and resolution of escalations.
Lead IT budget development and headcount planning for global regions.
Drive M&A integration playbooks and onboarding of acquired entities to global platforms.
Ensure GDPR/data protection compliance and governance across international operations.
Prepare board-level IT reporting with KPIs, risks, and project status.
