Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Global IT division seeks a senior leader to own International IT Engagement and M&A integrations, acting as the primary IT interface for regional business and IT escalations, service performance, and new engagements.

The role covers EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and beyond, requiring a seasoned IT leader who can drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal. UK-based with 40% travel, hybrid model.

Qualifications

Significant senior IT leadership experience across international regions.
Proven track record in IT operations, governance, and service delivery.
Experience leading IT workstreams in M&A integrations.
Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and executive teams.
Experience managing sizeable international IT budgets.

Responsibilities

Act as the Business Point of Contact (BPOC) for International IT escalations and regional IT service delivery.
Provide oversight to regional IT teams and ensure consistent IT services.
Drive CSAT improvements and establish KPI-driven improvements.
Lead IT integration playbooks for global M&A activities.
Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal on due diligence.
Organize and chair Global IT Leaders Conferences and forums.
Ensure IT compliance with GDPR and regional regulations.
