Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks an experienced Integration leader to drive the planning and execution of mergers & acquisitions integrations from due diligence through to steady-state operations. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, manages risk, and ensures delivery of the business case and synergies.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities in a matrixed environment, with willingness to travel and work on site as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within life sciences, CRO/CDMO, or professional services environments.
• Exposure to M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale change programs preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of acquisition integrations from due diligence to steady-state operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams and governance with executive sponsorship.
• Develop and manage integration plans, budgets, risks, and issues with timely reporting.
