Chris Hayes Associates is seeking an M&A Program Manager to lead post-acquisition integration and drive value creation across the global group during a period of growth.

Working closely with the VP of Corporate Development, CEO and senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and manage integration plans, monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure synergies are realised and objectives achieved.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in project/program management or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Previous M&A integration experience is desirable.
• Operational experience across a range of areas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop post-acquisition integration plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver synergies and value from acquisitions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR and Supply Chain.
• Lead wider strategic and operational projects, including systems integration, change management and continuous improvement.
