EquiTalent is supporting a PE-backed UK infrastructure services business in Greater Manchester, seeking an experienced Finance Integration Lead to oversee integration of acquired entities, standardise finance processes, controls and reporting, and drive a scalable operating model across the Group.

The role spans Finance, IT and operations, involves ERP integration and finance systems transformation, including Microsoft Dynamics; requires delivering finance integrations in acquisitive

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering finance integrations in acquisitive environments.
• Strong finance transformation and process improvement experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations or migrations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of finance operations, controls and reporting.
• Comfortable working across multiple businesses and stakeholder groups.
• PE-backed, high-growth experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance integration of acquired businesses into the Group.
• Review, improve and standardise finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Operations across the integration.
• Support ERP integration and finance systems transformation, including Dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen controls.
• Help develop a scalable finance operating model to support ongoing M&A.
• Drive consistency across finance processes, systems and reporting.
• Contribute to wider finance transformation and integration initiatives.
