Junior Associate

within their

Energy & Infrastructure M&A

team. Based in London, this role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile transactions across the energy transition, renewables, utilities, and broader infrastructure sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team where you'll gain significant exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live deal execution from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Conduct in-depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research.

Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.

Assist in due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors.

Work closely with senior team members and contribute to business development efforts.

Stay informed on sector trends, regulatory developments, and market activity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to energy or infrastructure.

Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.

Demonstrated interest in the energy transition, infrastructure investment, or related sectors.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
