My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Energy & Industrials practice as an Associate.

Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of Global Operations and Board Level positions. On a day to day basis you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.

You will have the opportunity to work broadly across the Industrial client base but will have a particular focus supporting a dynamic Partner / Consultant in the Energy space. With a worldwide remit – you will play an integral part in the delivery of C-level opportunities.

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter and with at least two years' experience working in a retained environment.

You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.

In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work with established, high billing partners. You will work in state of the art offices and be well financially well rewarded for your efforts as well as receiving market leading benefits.
