Job summary

Liberty Towers is seeking a Deal Analyst & Transaction Support Manager to join its London team. You will act as a central point of support across multiple transactions, ensuring deals are prepared, documented and progressed efficiently.

You will work closely with senior deal professionals and the Managing Director, supporting onboarding, due diligence, document management and client communications throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience in the lifecycle of a deal is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and kick-off calls with new clients.
• Prepare and amend transaction documents and information packs.
• Review financial statements and assist with valuations and financial analysis.
• Build financial models and assist with EBITDA calculations during due diligence.
• Manage Virtual Data Rooms and track information requests.
• Coordinate activity among buyers, sellers, lawyers and advisers.
