Job summary

Tiger Recruitment in London’s West End is offering a permanent in-office role supporting the M&A team. You will work directly with the Managing Director and senior colleagues to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and private markets, from origination to completion.

The role provides exposure to deal packaging, financial analysis, VDR management, due diligence, and ongoing process optimisation, with clear potential for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent.
• Newly or recently qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
• Experience in transactional services or corporate finance.
• Experience producing financial/commercial analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deal packaging up process.
• Support with financial and commercial analysis where required.

• Prior experience in transactional services or corporate finance
• Experience producing financial/commercial analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Practical knowledge of business and how businesses run
