Aon is seeking an Associate Director for Cyber M&A in the Infrastructure sector within AMATS, based in our London office. You will conduct cyber due diligence on infrastructure investments, assess IT and OT environments, and map security needs to robust improvement plans for investors and corporate clients.

You will work with senior collaborators, providing strategic cyber guidance across deal lifecycle, including integration, remediation, and portfolio-wide cyber improvement programmes.

Qualificações

• Strong cyber security expertise within critical infrastructure environments across energy, transport, water and social infrastructure.
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks and governance (NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NIS2, KRITIS, NERC).
• Experience across IT and OT environments with knowledge of risks and controls.
• Proven ability to conduct OT cyber maturity assessments and remediate gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct cyber due diligence on infrastructure investments.
• Assess IT and OT environments across energy, transport, water, digital and social infrastructure.
• Identify cyber security risks and develop remediation recommendations.
• Map security requirements to create improvement plans.
• Support business development activities, client pitches and onboarding.
• Advise on cyber strategy, integration, and portfolio-wide programs.
