Axiom seeks Corporate M&A lawyers to support clients across a broad range of sectors and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and private equity investments. You will provide practical, commercially focused advice working with stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle.

Ideal candidates are UK-qualified with strong private practice or in-house corporate experience, capable of leading deal delivery and drafting key transaction documents.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with UK admission and strong corporate experience.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and private equity.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end deal execution with commercial focus.
• Experience with governance and entity rationalisation is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Advise on corporate transactions across the full lifecycle.
• Lead on structuring, due diligence, risk assessment, and execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, shareholders' agreements, NDAs, and related docs.
• Provide governance support and handle company secretarial matters.
