Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a merger and acquisition event in Reading. The role is hybrid, 3 days on site, for a six-month contract, focusing on data-driven management of contingent workers transitioning between entities.

The candidate will gather and validate data, maintain trackers, assist due diligence, coordinate with the MSP and suppliers, and migrate workers into HRIS or VMS systems while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in contingent operations, MSP/VMS or supplier management.
  • Experience supporting M&A or organizational transition projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce compliance and classification.
  • Excellent data and Excel reconciliation skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • M&A workforce assessment, data management and operational tasks.
  • Gather and validate data for contingent workers moving between entities.
  • Maintain accurate data trackers and respond to data requests.
  • Coordinate with the Contingent Lead and suppliers on worker status and classification.
  • Support migration of workers into HRIS or VMS tracking system.
  • Execute administrative tasks: update worker records, monitor compliance docs, track renewal dates.
  • Provide high-touch, customised support for sensitive workforce issues.
  • Coordinate CW orientations and MSP setup.
  • Produce weekly status summaries and issue logs.
  • Review classifications, tenure and market rate data; elevate risks as needed.
  • Assist with supplier migration and background checks per policy.
