Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a large-scale M&A integration project in Reading, Berkshire, on a 12-month hybrid contract. The role focuses on contingent workforce transitions, data management, compliance, and supplier coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in contingent workforce operations, MSP/VMS experience, and strong Excel/data reconciliation skills, with excellent stakeholder communication. Start ASAP on a hybrid site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of contingent workforce transitions and onboarding.
• Support workforce data management, reporting, and system migrations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance and service levels.
• Assist with data reconciliation and quality assurance across HCM/VMS platforms.

We're looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a large-scale M&A integration project. This is a hands-on operational role focused on contingent workforce transitions, workforce data management, compliance, supplier coordination, onboarding, and system migrations.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in contingent workforce operations


• MSP, VMS, or supplier management experience


• Strong understanding of contingent worker compliance and classification


• Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
