Job summary

Katie Bard is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a growing professional services organisation through mergers, acquisitions and business transformation.

The role focuses on managing the people side of change, ensuring smooth integration, strong stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to operations and client service. You will lead readiness, adoption and communications across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change and organisational transformation.
• Background in mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in business readiness, training and change adoption.
• Degree or equivalent; Prosci or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and integration plans.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, leadership teams and employees.
• Lead change impact assessments, business readiness and adoption activities.
• Manage internal communications, training and employee engagement throughout integration.
• Support cultural alignment, talent retention and successful organisational transitions.
• Monitor change risks, measure success and report on progress and benefits.
