Mint Selection Ltd is recruiting an M&A Associate for a Renewable Energy Platform in London. The role focuses on executing asset sales, acquisitions, project financings and strategic partnerships, with ownership of financial modelling and valuation.

You will coordinate due diligence, manage multiple workstreams with internal and external advisers, and present recommendations to senior management. Renewable energy experience is highly desirable, and you will mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in M&A, project finance, investment banking, or related transactional role.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across complex transactions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of acquisitions, disposals and strategic partnerships, including valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiations.
• Lead development and review of financial models, supporting debt structuring and lender engagement.
• Own financial analysis of solar PV and BESS assets to support investment decisions and value optimisation.
• Coordinate internal and external advisers to ensure deal execution.
• Assess investment opportunities, market trends and strategic options for senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts and review investment papers.
