Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Finance, M&A, or Financial Advisory.
• Previous exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is desirable.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Developing financial models and cash flow analyses for renewable energy projects.
• Supporting debt raising and M&A transactions.
• Preparing client materials including financial analyses and presentations.
• Coordinating due diligence workstreams.
• Working closely with Project Managers to develop transaction structures.
• Conducting market research and analysis of energy transition markets.
• Mentoring analysts and contributing to team collaboration.
