The primary responsibility of an Assistant Director is to oversee daily project delivery and develop sustainable, profitable client relationships. You should have solid experience in corporate finance, especially in buy-side and sell-side transactions involving private and public companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity firms. Sector knowledge development is also expected.
