Job summary

As a key contributor, you will lead project teams, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality documentation while developing junior staff and expanding your deal network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in M&A advisory, including leading transactions.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic insight.
• Strong commercial judgment and financial acumen.
• Experience in valuation analysis and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for projects from start to finish across all transaction stages.
• Act as main client contact during the transaction process.
• Oversee work of project teams and coordinate tasks.
• Lead delivery of high-quality transaction documentation.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Originate new opportunities and expand your professional network.
