Qualifications

• Significant experience in M&A advisory.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong client engagement and transactional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for projects from start to finish across all transaction stages.
• Act as main client contact during the transaction process.
• Oversee project teams and coordinate workstreams.
• Lead delivery of high-quality transaction documentation.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Originating new opportunities and expanding your business network.
• Lead due diligence workstreams and support negotiations.
