Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with current UK registration (NMC).
• Experience in lymphoedema or tissue viability is desirable.
• Ability to work in a specialist community team and contribute to service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and management of lymphoedema and chronic oedema.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment programmes including compression therapy and skin care.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans and educate patients and carers.
• Support self-management and collaborate with acute and community services.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement and service development.
